National Veterinary Institute performs sampling, chemical, microbiological and microscopic analyses of food of animal origin and feed. As mycotoxins are naturally occurring, their presence in feed and food cannot be completely avoided. All established controls are implemented to ensure that exposure to feed and food is as low as reasonably achievable.
